On April 5, 2013, Clinton Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "Clinton") gave a presentation (the "Presentation") on enhancing stockholder value at Stillwater Mining Company ("Stillwater") to Institutional Shareholder Services, Inc. ("ISS"). A copy of the Presentation is filed herewith as Exhibit 1.
