MPM Oncology Impact Management GP LLC ("Oncology GP LLC") is the General Partner of MPM Oncology Impact Management LP, the General Partner of Oncology Impact Fund (Cayman) Management L.P., the General Partner of UBS Oncology Impact Fund, L.P.
