Item 5.03 Amendments to Article of Incorporation
As previously reported in the Schedule 14C, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 8, 2010, Westmoore Holdings, Inc. a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), has amended its Articles of Incorporation, effective March 31, 2010, to change its name from Westmoore Holdings, Inc. to Rockwall Holdings, Inc, see attached Exhibit 3.3.
Item 8.01 Other Events
To reflect the name change, the Company has applied for, and has been granted a new trading symbol. The trading symbol has changed from WSMO.PK to RKWL.PK. The trading symbol change took effect at the open of business on Thursday, April 22, 2010.
