The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III Para A Sub Para 20 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are as hereunder:
