Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 28, 2017, Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing, among other things, an update on the anticipated timing for the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for its 2016 fiscal year.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
