As previously disclosed, the Company has been devoting substantial resources to the preparation, finalization and audit or review, as applicable, of the Company’s financial statements to be included in its Annual Report onForm 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2018, and its Quarterly Reports onForm 10-Q for the requisite quarters in 2018 (collectively, the “2018 Filings”). While the Company has made substantial progress, it now anticipates that the completion of the 2018 Filings will extend beyond September 30, 2019, and will be issued as soon as practicable.
