Item 8.01 Other Events.
(a) On December 4, 2009, Modavox, Inc. announced that on Friday, December 11, 2009 a team of Executive Managers, including Mr. Mark Severini, Modavox, Inc. Chief Executive Officer and others, will present the features and benefits of the Modavox and Augme technology suites to various fund managers, investment institutions, and analysts. Modavox management will present their business model and technologies in various New York locations.
