Pro-forma Normalized EBITDA GLOBAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT As of June 30, 2013, the Company maintained a cumulative remaining accrual of carried interest compensation expense of approximately $47 million, which pertains to anticipated future carried interest revenue.
