(e) Effective February 8, 2014, the Compensation Committee of Accuray Incorporated (the “Company”) approved an increase in the annual base salary of Kelly Londy, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, from $350,000 to $400,000 in recognition of her increased responsibilities.  In addition, the target amount for Ms. Londy’s annual bonus was increased to 70% of her annual base salary.
