Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 16, 2019, the Company issued a press release regarding the recent announcement by China’s Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council that, effective September 17, 2019 until September 16, 2020, medical linear accelerators will be excluded from the additional tariffs China imposed on U.S. products that began on August 23, 2018. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K.
