On October 5, 2005, the Company received a letter of resignation from Director Hugh J. Moser, III, indicating Mr. Moser was resigning from the Board of Directors for personal reasons. The Board would like to thank Mr. Moser for his service to the Company.
No successor to Mr. Moser has been elected at this time, although the Company anticipates filling the vacancy on the board of directors caused by Mr. Moser’s resignation in the near future. The Company’s Nominating Committee is currently conducting a search for a nominee to fill this vacancy.
