On December 14, 2009, we announced that Nancy MacIntyre, our Executive Vice President, Product, Innovation and Marketing, would be leaving the company in the first quarter of 2010 after a brief transition period. “I want to thank Nancy for her many contributions, and I wish her the best in her future endeavors. Going forward, this is an opportunity to give several of our rising stars an opportunity to take on more responsibility,” said Jeffrey G. Katz, Chairman and CEO.
