Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 21, 2015, the Board of Directors of Turbine Truck Engines, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a move of the Company’s headquarters to Bellevue, Washington (USA) the location of the Company’s President and Board of Director member, Christopher David. Simultaneous to this change of address, the Company has terminated its lease for its Daytona Beach, Florida office.
