On August 4, 2006, MedCath Incorporated, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MedCath Corporation (the Company), entered into a consulting agreement (the Agreement) with SSB Solutions. Jacque J. Sokolov, M.D., a director of the Company, is the principal owner and an officer of SSB Solutions.
