Item 8.01 Other Events
On March 24, 2008, MedCath Corporation (MedCath), its physician partners and Good Samaritan Hospital jointly announced that the parties have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which Good Samaritan Hospital will acquire substantially all of Dayton Heart Hospital’s assets. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1.
