On October 31, 2008, Hana Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) and John P. Iparraguirre, the Company’s Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, entered into an amendment to the Employment Agreement dated December 18, 2006, (the “Employment Agreement”) between the Company and Mr. Iparraguirre. Pursuant to the amendment, the term of Employment Agreement was extended to October 31, 2009.
