Item 8.01 Other Information.
On November 12, 2019, Nasdaq Listing Qualifications notified Reed’s Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Reed’s”) that its common stock failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive business days as required by the Listing Rules of The Nasdaq Stock Market. Since then, on January 23, 2020, Nasdaq Listing Qualifications notified Reed’s that it has determined that for 10 consecutive business days, from January 8 to January 22, 2020, the closing bid price of Reed’s common stock was at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, Reed’s has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and the matter is now closed.
