ITEM 5.02
Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On February 20, 2008, the Company’s Board of Directors terminated Brian Quillen as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.
The Company intends to interview potential candidates to fill the vacated position. Until such time as the Company’s Board of Directors has identified a new chief financial officer, our president, Anthony Nicolosi, will assume those responsibilities.
