On December 1, 2010, ZBB Energy Corporation (“ZBB”) executed Mr. Will Hogoboom’s independent contractor agreement for the position of Chief Financial Officer.
A copy of the independent contractor agreement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
