Reflects the number of earned performance-based restricted share units, each of which represented a contingent right to receive an ordinary share of the Issuer upon satisfaction of certain pre-established performance goals based on relative total shareholder return during a three-year performance period and service requirements, that vest on March 2, 2018 subject to the reporting person's continued employment with the Issuer.
