On March 28, 2007, Willis Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Adam G. Ciongoli as General Counsel of the Company and a member of the Partners Group. Also announced was the appointment of Mary E. Caiazzo as Chief Legal Officer of the Company and a member of the Partners Group. A copy of the associated news release is attached.
