ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On April 20, 2006, Colony RIH Holdings, Inc. and Resorts International Hotel and Casino, Inc. appointed Francis X. McCarthy to serve as their Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. McCarthy was also appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Resorts International Hotel, Inc. and will continue to serve as the Executive Vice President-Finance and Assistant General Manager of Resorts International Hotel, Inc.
On April 20, 2006, Mark B. Lefever left his position as Senior Vice President Finance/CFO of Colony RIH Holdings, Inc. and Resorts International Hotel and Casino, Inc. to take a similar position with an affiliate of Colony RIH Holdings, Inc.
