On April 21, 2004, American Pharmaceutical Partners, Inc. (the “Company”) announced via press release the Company’s results for the quarter ended March 31, 2004. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and a copy of the transcript of the earnings conference call held on April 21, 2004 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
