ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DIFINITIVE AGREEMENT.
On June 28, 2007, Playlogic Entertainment, Inc. issued a press release reporting they signed a worldwide 3 year license with a 2 year extension, on all platforms, based on the popular franchise Dragon Hunters with Futurikon (France). A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
