ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATION AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
Playlogic Entertainment, Inc. announced that it has been granted the worldwide Licensed Publisher Agreement for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft®. The worldwide Licensed Publisher Agreement is effective immediately.
Playlogic also received the official Games for Windows® license for its future PC releases.
