Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant
On February 1, 2021, the Partnership’s independent accountant (“BDO”) resigned. The General Partner, for the last three years, has repeatedly requested a written explanation of progress and position from BDO, only now to receive a letter of resignation with no explanation beyond “exercise of (their) professional judgement”.
