(Manhattan, KS, July 7, 2011) Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: LARK) announced that it will release earnings for the second quarter of 2011 after the market closes on Tuesday, August 9, 2011. The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 10:00 am (CT).
