(Manhattan, KS, April 15, 2016) Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: LARK) announced that it will release earnings for the first quarter of 2016 after the market closes on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 10:00 am (CT).
