On October 27, 2020, Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 8.01. | Other Events. |
The Company also announced in the press release that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.20 per share and a 5% stock dividend. The cash dividend will be paid to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 11, 2020 and payable on November 25, 2020. The 5% stock dividend will be issued December 16, 2020, to common stockholders of record on December 2, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
