Item 8.01 Other Events.
Max Specialty Insurance Company, a Delaware insurance company and subsidiary of the Registrant, issued a news release today announcing its acquisition of Commercial Guaranty Casualty Company, an insurance entity licensed to write business in all fifty states and the District of Columbia.
A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
