(d) On April 12, 2007, the Board of Directors of microHelix, Inc. ("microHelix") appointed Steven G. Ashton as a member of microHelix's Board of Directors. Additionally, James M. Williams was appointed as a member of microHelix's Audit Committee, and as Chair of microHelix's Compensation Committee.
