On October 23, 2015, Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share of its outstanding Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable on November 20, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 6, 2015.
