Item 8.01. Other Events.
On January 27, 2017, Nexstar Media Group, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share of its outstanding Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable on February 24, 2017, to stockholders of record on February 10, 2017.
