ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS
As a result of inquiries following United Online, Inc.’s (the “Company’s”) earnings release and conference call, the Company’s churn rate, which is the term used to refer to the rate at which pay accounts terminate on a monthly basis and which is further defined in the Company’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, improved across both of the Company’s business segments and was approximately 4.8% for the March 2006 quarter as compared to approximately 5.1% for the December 2005 quarter.
