ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On October 25, 2007, United Online, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, and other financial information. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS
On October 25, 2007, the Company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock. The record date for the dividend is November 14, 2007, and the dividend is payable on November 30, 2007.
