Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 16, 2016, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of United Online, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a record date of June 27, 2016 for the Company’s 2016 annual meeting of stockholders. The Company currently anticipates that the meeting date for the 2016 annual meeting of stockholders will be sometime in mid-summer 2016.
