Lahlou Resignation
On May 26, 2017, Ghalia Lahlou submitted her resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of Tauriga Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately. The resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the Company and was the result of personal circumstances. The Company currently is in the process of engaging a new Chief Financial Officer and will file an additional Current Report on Form 8-K when it engages one.
