Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents 1,656 deferred stock units granted to Mr. Summe under our deferred stock program and 2024 Equity Incentive Plan in lieu of $23,205.48 of cash fees payable to Mr. Summe for his service as a director, based on a price per share of $14.01, which was the closing price per share of the Company's common stock on October 15, 2024. The awards will vest immediately upon grant date.
