Item 8.01. Other Events
EvergreenBank the registrant's wholly-owned subsidiary has recently filed its December 31, 2008 Report of Income and Condition ("Call Report")with the FDIC. The Call Report due date was January 30, 2009 and the filing was completed with the information available at that time. Management of the Bank has not yet completed the year-end accounting and reporting for the Bank.Therefore, it is possible that the Call Report recently filed may be subject to change. In addition, our year-end financial statements will be subject to audit by our independent registered public accounting firm.
