Explanation of Responses:

1. These are Restricted Share Units granted pursuant to the Company's Deferred Compensation Plan for Directors - the number of shares awarded is based on the closing price on 12/15/2023 of $14.49. The units settle only in stock.

2. Due to an administrative error, the total shares reported in the Reporting Person's Form 4 filed on October 2, 2023 did not include 91.3254 dividend equivalent units received during the third quarter of 2023 pursuant to the Company's Deferred Compensation Plan for Directors. The total shares reported here reflects this correction and 124.3332 dividend equivalent units received during the fourth quarter of 2023 pursuant to the Company's Deferred Compensation Plan for Directors.
