Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 14, 2006, iCurie, Inc., a Nevada corporation, changed its name to Celsia Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to an amendment to its Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation. In connection with such name change, the Company’s trading symbol was changed from “ICUR” to “CSAT.”
