Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 28, 2007, Hakan Wretsell was terminated as President and Chief Executive Officer of Celsia Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”). On August 30, 2007, Joe Formichelli was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Formichelli had previously been appointed Executive Vice President and Interim CEO of the Company on August 9, 2007, as reported in the Company’s current report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on August 15, 2007. Gregory J. Osborn had previously replaced Mr. Wretsell as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company on August 14, 2007.
