Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock.

2. RSUs will vest as follows: 33,333 on each of July 31, 2024, January 31, 2025, July 31, 2025 and January 31, 2026, and 33,334 on each of July 31, 2026 and January 31, 2027.

3. Restricted Stock Units ("RSU"s) will vest as follows: 23,611 on each of February 5, 2024 and February 5, 2025, and 23,610 on August 5, 2024, and 23,612 on August 5, 2025.

4. RSUs will vest as follows: 25,000 on April 4, 2024, and 12,500 on each of October 4, 2024, April 4, 2025, October 4, 2025 and April 4, 2026.
