Explanation of Responses:

1. The sales of securities reported herein were made by the Reporting Person's spouse without the knowledge or direction of the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person and her spouse do not share a household and are subject to a pending state court divorce proceeding.

2. Constitutes the weighted average purchase price for multiple transactions reported on this line having prices per share ranging from $4.72 to $4.77. The Reporting Person will provide upon request by the Commission staff, the issuer or a security holder of the issuer, full information regarding each separate transaction.

3. Held by the Moore Family Trust, of which Virginia Moore is a trustee.

4. Reflects forfeiture of unvested restricted stock upon resignation from Issuer's Board of Directors.
