Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects a distribution of units that had been invested in the MeadWestvaco stock unit fund pursuant to the terms of the MeadWestvaco Corporation Deferred Income Plan. These units were distributed because Mr. Luke ceased serving as an officer of the company on July 1, 2015 in connection with the merger of Rock-Tenn Company and MeadWestvaco Corporation. Includes 2,793 units acquired via dividend reinvestments.

2. Reflects adjustment for Ingevity Corporation spin-off on May 15, 2016.
