Asbury Automotive Group Announces Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, NY, May 7 — Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: ABG), one of the largest automotive retail and service companies in the U.S., announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock.  The dividend is payable on May 25, 2007, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 11, 2007.
