ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.
On April 27, 2009, Global Energy Holdings Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Dr. Rom Papadopoulos is no longer employed by the Company, effective immediately. Dr. Papadopoulos served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Secretary. Mr. Steven Paulik, the Company’s Executive Vice President of Finance, will assume the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis.
