On April 19, 2021, Insulet Corporation (the “Company” or “Insulet”) announced that it had launched the syndication of new senior secured credit facilities, comprised of a senior secured revolving facility and a senior secured term loan B facility.
The Company also issued a press release on April 19, 2021 announcing the launch of the syndication. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
