Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 18, 2005, the registrant’s Board of Managers approved a cash distribution to all Class A Members of record as of January 1, 2005, of $0.10 per Class A Capital Unit, or a total distribution of $2,962,000.00 based on 29,620,000 Class A Capital Units issued and outstanding. The distribution was paid and issued to all Class A Members on February 28, 2005.
