Item 1.01 Entry Into A Material Definitive Agreement
Effective May 1, 2013, Dakota Ethanol, L.L.C., the wholly owned subsidiary of Lake Area Corn Processors, LLC (the "Company") executed a Fourth Amendment to First Amended and Restated Construction Loan Agreement and a Third Amended and Restated Promissory Note with its primary lender, First National Bank of Omaha. The purpose of these amendments was to extend the maturity date of the Company's short-term revolving line of credit from May 1, 2013 to July 1, 2013. Other than the maturity date, the material terms of our credit agreements with First National Bank of Omaha remain the same.
